• messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, and others);

• phone calls;

• email;

• any other means of communication using the contact details I have provided.

I confirm that the phone number and/or email address I have provided belong to me personally, and that any materials sent to them are intended solely for me.

Data Processors

For the purposes set out above, the Operator may engage third-party processors, including Amocrm JSC (TIN: 7709477879, OGRN: 5157746087681), as well as other persons engaged by the Operator in accordance with the Personal Data and Cookie Policy.

Retention Period

This Consent is granted for a period of 3 (three) years from the date it is provided.

Withdrawal of Consent

I acknowledge my right to withdraw this Consent and opt out of receiving marketing materials at any time by:

• sending a written request to: Office 1314, The Onyx Tower, 1 Sheikh Zayed Road, The Greens, Dubai, UAE;

• sending an email to: privacy@whitewill.ae.

Following receipt of a withdrawal request, the Operator shall cease sending marketing materials within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If I am a citizen or resident of a European Economic Area Member State or the United Kingdom, I additionally acknowledge my rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port my personal data, as well as the right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time, without providing justification.

I confirm that:

• this Consent is given in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
